1) There will be a meeting for all CLIMB and Manna food distribution workers today at 12:30 pm in “The Ark” with Assoc. Pastor Peyton.
2) Our CYUAG will be sponsoring a Kingdom Builder’s Budget workshop for our youth, ages 12-17, today at 2:30 pm in Harvester’s Hall.
3) Our Hallelujah Fest is Monday, October 31st from 5:00-8:00 pm! Please wear your happy or biblical costume and come and enjoy a night of fun, games, candy, food and fellowship! We are asking each family to donate 3 bags of candy. If you have not given your candy donations to Erica Calderon or Renee White yet, please give it to them today. Also, we are still in need of persons to sign up for the “Trunk of Treats”
4) "Got a great costume? Then get a great photo! You can stop by the Photo Booth at our Hallelujah Fest tomorrow night and get a studio quality photo for only a $3.00 donation! Don't miss it!" Please see Lois Shelton for details.
5) Attention GCC: If you are sincerely committed to attending a Revival Cruise in August 2013, please sign up tonight on the Harvester’s Hall bulletin board list. The cost will be approximately $1500.00 for a double inside cabin.
6) “God’s Recovery Group” is a new program here at GCC that provides group sessions for anyone who is struggling with addictions in their life. The classes are on Saturdays at 8:00 am in Harvester’s Hall. Please enter the church from the 29th street entrance. Please see Assoc. Pastor Peyton for details.
7) We have begun our TOYS FOR TOTS program. If you have a child that is 13 years old or under who needs toys for Christmas, please see Assoc. Pastor Peyton. We must have the last 6 digits of your child’s social security # to register them. The last day to sign up is this Tuesday, November 1st. You must be able to pick up the toys at our Christmas Festival on Saturday, December 10th.
8) Our next monthly CLIMB/Manna Food Distribution is this Friday, November 4th at 9:00 am.
9) We will no longer be having verbal announcements on Sundays. Our announcement clerks will continue to read verbal announcements on Thursdays. Bro. Michael Smith will continue to share the information about our CD and DVD sales on Sundays and Thursdays. Please read our church bulletin boards and announcements screens for all announcements.
10) Attention GCC Attendees: Don’t forget that our vending machines are now downstairs and stocked for you to use! Your snack purchases help to support our church & have helped us to get a soda machine that is ready for you to use today! All vending machine beverages are only $1.00!
11) Please remember that our Bible Study will be on Wednesday, November 9th due to our TBN Trip that is on Thursday, November 10th.
12) Attention GCC Attendees: Our TBN trip is Thursday, November 10 at 2:30 pm! Please note that a bus will NOT be provided for this TBN Trip unless we have 150 people sign up to go. Apostle David will be interviewed as a special guest at this tv taping! We will be wearing our burgundy “Warriors for Christ” t-shirt to TBN on November 10th, so please purchase your shirt right away! The t-shirts are available at our GCC bookstore for $17 for sizes S-XL and $20 for XXL and XXXL. If your size is not available at the bookstore, please pay for your shirt and it will be special ordered for you.
13) Attention GCC Attendees: If you miss giving your offering during the worship service, please place it in the offering box at the back of the Sanctuary. Please write your name legibly on the envelope.
14) Grace Covenant worship services will be aired on Sundays on Cox Channel 23 at 6:00 am.
