A regular meeting of the Board of Directors of Nashoba Youth Football and Cheer, Inc., a Massachusetts corporation (the “Company”), was held at 7:15 pm on June 27, 2013 at Slater’s, 356 Main Street, Bolton, Massachusetts.

Registrations:

  • Registration received to date 127 football players and 54 cheer.
  • 5 Financial Scholarship request received. The $100 registration fee will be waived. Player required to pay $150 ($50 for jersey + $100 raffle tickets). $150 needs to be received at the start of the season.

  • 20 New uniforms to be ordered June 28 - order totaling $2,430.80
  • Cheer shoes – parents paying $40.00 ($7 profit)
  • Rain resistant jackets to be ordered 1st week in July –total $1,998.00
  • Cheer Camp set-up on website and already have girl’s signing up.

-August 12 & 13 (2 day camp) for all girls - $100 being charged ($33 profit per girl)

-August 13 stunting camp for old girls - $55 being charged ($10 profit per girl)

ApparelJanet Kelly

  • Amy Sokolowskihas been helping Janet in the research of smaller sale items for NYF&C. Board voted to make Amy as Assistant Director of Apparel.

  • 124 baseball hats and 20 visors will cost $972 + $32 s/h

There being no further business to come before the Board, a motion to close the meeting was made and approved unanimously. Meeting adjourned at 9:00 pm.
