·  Does Grainger have technical support for electrical equipment?

·  Grainger has a technical support option that covers the many segments of the catalog, including electrical. Contact 1-800-GRAINGER to be connected to a technical support representative.

·  Is Grainger a preferred Safety vendor?

·  Yes, Grainger is considered a primary, preferred Safety vendor.

·  Can we use a P-card to purchase?

·  Yes, you can purchase via P-card or PO, whichever option has been approved by your department.

·  Is the Veolia discount only applied online, or does it apply when you call or visit a branch?

·  The discount applies regardless of the purchasing method as long as you are utilizing an account number aligned with the Veolia agreement. Work with your local Grainger representative or call 1-800-GRAINGER if you are unsure you are using the correct account.

·  Will Grainger supply a special link for Veolia sites to setup accounts?

·  No, not at this time. Work through your local Grainger representative to setup a new account profile. If you do not know your local representative, please reach out to Michael Yencik at

·  How do I obtain a Grainger.com user account?

·  Work through your local Grainger representative to setup a new account profile. If you do not know your local representative, please reach out to Michael Yencik at . If an account # has already been established, go to www.grainger.com and click the ‘sign in/register’ link. Follow the prompts to create a user profile.

·  Can we obtain copies of invoices via Grainger.com?

·  Not at this time. Please contact the local branch or 1-800-GRAINGER to request an invoice.

·  If I am unable to view my order history, is there a delay in getting the information?

·  Order history should be available immediately. If there was a change in account numbers, then the order history would not be available on the previous account #. For all troubleshooting requests, contact 1-800-GRAINGER.

·  Is there a way to purchase via Grainger.com without incurring multiple charges on my p-card? Yes, it is called “Single Invoice” – Contact your local field seller for more info.

·  Grainger now has the ability to provide a single invoice for an order on products stocked and shipped in Grainger’s distribution network. If your account is set up for single invoice, you will receive your invoice only after the last Grainger stocked item on the order has shipped. (Items will ship as they are available.) Note: The Single Invoice will never include any drop ship or sourcing items; those items will still be sent as separate invoices.

·  For Keepstock users, can orders be scanned and directly connected to Grainger.com for purchase versus entering manually?

·  Yes, if you are having issues with orders populating on grainger.com, please contact your local field seller, On-Site Services Consultant or Market Manager.

·  How is the 2% rebate being divided between coding at the sites?

·  Veolia’s 2% annual rebate is distributed to the Veolia Corporate Procurement Department at the end of each contract year. Based on your site’s level of spend with Grainger, the appropriate pro-rated percentage will be allocated back your division/project on an annual basis. Earned Grainger rebates are not held and allocated at the corporate level of our Company.

·  Is the shipping structure the same for states outside the continental US, such as Hawaii?

·  Local Seller/Market Manager need to work with customer to identify products that will need to be stocked locally. Once identified, work with inventory analyst to stock those items locally.

·  When moving to SAP, will there be a direct connection to order through Grainger?

·  Yes, Grainger will be set-up as a direct connect/punch out supplier in SAP.

·  Is there a way to create and have a repeating order set up? For example, 10 boxes of gloves every month.
