Wealthy Bostonian

Johnny Beantown is a wealthy importer based in Boston, Massachusetts. Johnny imports fine China which includes silverware, tea kettles, and crystal. Johnny makes a great living, however times have been a bit tough recently. Colonists have been boycotting British goods and therefore he has not been able to make as much as he usually does. For some reason, the tea kettles are not selling as well as they used to. Johnny would love it if there was some way that he could make as much money as he used to and things could go back to normal.

Georgia Farmer

Thomas Peach owns a small farm 200 miles inland in the colony of Georgia. He grows rice and sells it to the local towns’ people. He is no where near rich, but most of the people in the town respect and like him and therefore buy the rice they need from him. Thomas is a bit confused by this and he doesn’t know what he should do.
