Experience / ·  A minimum of 3 years experience of sports development where volunteer development has been significant
·  Experience of planning and delivering services, and managing resources and performance
·  Experience of customer focused service delivery
·  Experience of working with partners across the public, private and voluntary sports sectors.
·  Experience of project management / ·  Experience of monitoring budgets and providing financial data and reports
Qualifications / ·  Demonstrable evidence of Continued Professional Development
·  Driver’s license / ·  Degree educated
