Following is a catalog of geographic data that can be found and downloaded from the City of Albany’s FTP website.
There is no cost to the end user for this data, however, all users agree to the following disclaimer by virtue of downloading any Albany GIS data:
The City of Albany's Infrastructure records, drawings, and other documents have been gathered over many decades, using differing standards for quality control, documentation, and verification. All of the data provided represents current information in a readily available format. NOTE: These files, in AutoCAD 2000 format, were generated from Aerial Photography captured in March of 2006. Files are organized by Section name prefix. The file Tile_Index_Map.PDF contains a map of the map tiling scheme. The file CAD_Layer_Description.doc contains the AutoCAD layer naming scheme.
