The 0.01 dissimilarity for the trimmedmodel sequences with and without primer showed the most similar result to the 0.03 dissimilarity forthe full lengthmodel sequences than other dissimilarities. As a result of in silico modeling, we selected 0.01 dissimilarity for the trimmed sequences without primer as a criterion to determine richness estimators and diversity indices because the Jackknife estimator showed significant differences with the result of full length sequences in the case of the trimmed model sequences with primer.
