  • Discussion on how to update the agreement. Some affiliates come and go. Some pay the lowest rate (1000$), and that is not giving any financial support to HL7 International, if they use their free ticket for WGM.
  • The Affiliate Agreement is under review by the Executive Committee
  • Mark will send out more information on next steps in the next couple of weeks.
  • Depending on the changes proposed by the EC, there may need to be an addendum to extend the current agreement for a few months

  1. IHIC 2018
  • See Presentation on IHIC 2018 from Sunday IC meeting.
  • Suggestion to have IHIC in July 11-12, 2018.
  • Only two days. No students in Portsmouth, so we get the university for a small amount of money.
  • Philip Scott and Kai Heitmann will be the arranging the IHIC.
