4.  Terms and Conditions:

a.  Cancellation of booth is to be submitted in writing. A 50% administration fee shall be chargeable on a cancellation effected on or before 31st July 2017. Refunds shall only be affected after the conference.

b.  No refund shall be made should the exhibitor fail to turn up.

c.  Dismantling of equipment will only be allowed on the 23rd August 2017.

d.  Exhibitor agrees to abide by the rules and regulations of ICAAS 2017 and BCCK.
