Release of Liability
As the legal parent or guardian, I release and hold harmless Abrakadoodle Art Studio for Kids (Singapore) Pte Ltd, its owners and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Abrakadoodle Art Studio for Kids (Singapore) Pte Ltd its owners and operators or in route to or from any of said premises.
Medical Emergency
The undersigned gives permission to Abrakadoodle Art Studio for Kids (Singapore) Pte Ltd, its owners and operators to seek medical treatment for the participant in the event they are not able to reach a parent or guardian. I hereby declare any physical/mental problems, restrictions, or condition and/or declare the participant to be in good physical and mental health. I request that a nearest available doctor/physician be called and/or that my child be transported to the nearest available hospital in case of emergency.
Terms and Conditions for Enrolment
1) At Abrakadoodle Art Studios, students enrol for a term of 10 classes at each renewal. A student is eligible for 1 class per week (at a fixed time slot) for 10 weeks. This is not applicable for camps and parties.
2) A one-time non-refundable registration fee of S$50.00 is payable upon enrolment.
3) Materials fee for classes is S$85 per term. Not applicable for camps and parties.
4) All fees shall be paid before the start of each term. This condition must be met to reserve the same class slot and/or to be eligible for loyalty or referral discounts or other promotions. We accept cash, cheque or Amex payments. All cheque payments should be made payable to Abrakadoodle (S) Pte Ltd.
5) There shall be no refund or transfer of fees for the term if a student decides to withdraw during the term.
6) Upon successful enrolment to a term of 10 classes, students are eligible for 10% discount for Crayola purchases during their terms. Current students are also eligible for 20% discount for Crayola purchases in their birthday month.
7) Trial class fee is waived for a student who enrols and pay for a term of classes on the day of trial. Trial class fee is non-refundable if a student enrols or pays in full on a different day.
8) We allow a maximum of (2) make up classes per term. If there are no vacancies for makeup classes within the week, the makeup classes will be scheduled immediately after the original last class in the term.
9) A transfer fee of $20 will be levied if a student makes an interim request to transfer to a different class slot for his remaining classes in the term.
10) Abrakadoodle is closed on public holidays. Classes that fall on public holidays will not be counted as one of the 10 lessons in a term.
11) We seek parents' co-operation that there shall be no photography and video-recording during classes. Parents may photograph their own children during Gallery Time (when students present their completed artwork).
12) If a student is going on home leave, he is required to complete a term suspension form and submit supporting travel documents. This special concession can only be accorded once a term.
13) Abrakadoodle reserves all rights to amend any of the above terms and conditions without prior notice.
