WEATHERFORDCOLLEGE INVITATIONAL INFORMATION

  • Events will be held on Wednesday, March 21, 2012
  • Entry Deadline: All entries completed prior to 11:59 P.M Wednesday, March 14th, are $10.00 per contestant. WeatherfordCollege (as well as most other universities) will have Clay collect entry fees for the CDE’s as a result of your request. This will allow you to request one check from you school to cover all the entries you plan to make this spring. All payments will be made to Clay Ewell Educational Services in an effort to simplify matters for you and your business office. Entry fees will NOT be accepted at WeatherfordCollege, and checks made out to “WeatherfordCollege” will be returned. Look at Clay’s site for more information on this! Entries completed after 11:59 P.M Wednesday, March 14th are $20.00 per contestant. No Exceptions.
  • You may enter a MAX of 8 contestants per event. Fees will not be reimbursed when the maximum has been exceeded, nor will the extra contestant(s) be allowed to participate.
  • Entries are NOT transferable from contest to contest after the entry deadline. Changes will require new entries.
  • Entry fees are non-refundable

PRE-EVENT CHECK-IN:

  • Check-in will be March 21st at the event locations from 8:00 – 8:30 a.m.

EVENTS:

Horse – ParkerCounty Sheriff’s Posse Arena

Livestock – ParkerCounty Sheriff’s Posse Arena

Land – Animal Science Center Hwy. 51S

Range – AnimalScienceCenter, Hwy. 51S

Wildlife – Animal Science Center, Hwy. 51S

Teachers will need to arrange for contestant transportation to these event sites after teams are checked in and prior to 8:30 a.m.

You will need to furnish the appropriate scan sheet for you contestants. These are available from Clay Ewell Educational Services at Ensure that your contestants have the FFA number bubbled in correctly or they will not appear on your result summary. Pre-bubbled sheets are available from Ewell and Associates for a small surcharge should you desire them.

Results:

Results will be announced in the Fine Arts Building (on campus) at 2:00p.m.

Go to sign in to your account, then click on the Registration Calendar, and then click on Weatherford College Invitational and complete the registration information.
