We would like to invite your club to take part in our invitation gala to be held in Fermoy Leisure Centre on: Sunday February 15th 2015
1. Entries by consolidated entry form only. All swimmers must be registered with Swim Ireland.
2. Entries without fees and late entries will not be accepted.
3. Closing Date for entries 10th February 2015
4. Entry fee €5 per event. Relay €15.

14 & 15
Senior
Swimmers may swim up in relay
6. Entry times must be shown on the entry sheet. If no time enter N/T.
7. Fermoy Swimming club reserves the right to add swimmers at their discretion.
8. Warm Up at 9.00am sharp for 9.50 Start.
