4. Take the completed post-test, questionnaire and certificate to your supervisor

Your supervisor will:

1. Check your answers and discuss your responses with you

2. After a satisfactory meeting, your supervisor will sign your certificate and provide a copy for you

3. Make a copy of the post-test and certificate for her records

4. Forward the completed and scored post-test, questionnaire and certificate to the Learning Center so your training record can be updated
