Director of Global Marketing

Curt G. Joa, Inc., an industry leader for over 80 years as a global machinery supplier with offices in the US, Germany, and India, seeks a proven leader with specific expertise in marketing strategy and predictive analytics to assist in our continued growth and expansion in the newly created position of Director of Global Marketing. Partnering with Sales, Customer Service, and our Engineering team, the successful candidate will have the rare opportunity to develop our marketing strategy and function from the ground up. Reporting directly to the President, you will work out of our corporate office in beautiful Sheboygan Falls, Wisconsin.

Experience in Global Marketing and Analytics is a requirement. College degree and a minimum of five years in strategic marketing including international experience are required. Master’s degree preferred, but not required.

·  Establish global strategic marketing goals to meet corporate objectives and increase market share and profitability of products and services worldwide

·  Develop and localize comprehensive marketing plans and programs for international and domestic regions, consistent with market demands and long-term profitability

·  Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors of international and domestic markets to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity

·  Responsible for communication with internal and external stakeholders

·  Responsible for ongoing customer outreach to ascertain their needs and new ideas for services and products

·  Continuously update the customer journey, gaining increased understanding of what influences their purchasing decisions in every available channel

·  Maintain constant flow of data, including market analysis from customers that is synthesized for engineers and sales professionals

·  Partner with sales to develop prospect lists and pipeline for sales professionals, supporting the sales strategy

·  Oversee the web presence for Curt G. Joa and its worldwide impact

·  Identify new markets and new market needs
