The Proceedings will be produced by direct photo-offset printing. You must prepare your manuscript carefully according to this instruction. Please use only A4 size paper. The manuscript must be typed on the good quality white paper within the type area. For A4 paper, top and bottom margins are 20mm and 25mm respectively. Both left and right margins are 20mm. The use of high quality printer is recommended. For main text, please use 10 point Times Roman font, if is available. The lines spacing must be single. Abstract should not exceed 10 lines (approximately 120 words) and should be followed by 3 or 4 key words. The left and right margins of abstract are 30mm.
Key Words: A4 size, use Italic, if possible, for key words

The layout of the first page should be as shown in this instruction. Please use 14 point bold Times-Roman font for the title if possible. Only first letter of the word at the beginning of the title and first letter of a proper noun should be written in a capital letter.
The text should be typed in a double-column. The space between the columns is 6mm. No header of footer is necessary. The indentation of the paragraph is approximately 4mm. A double column format begins 126mm below of the top margin of the first page. There should be one line space between headings and text.

The numbering scheme of headings is as follows.

If any, appendices should be placed right after References. In the last page, the height of the two columns should be equal. All the references must be numbered in the order of appearance in the main text. Reference must be denoted by superscripts like above.
