Dear Barrington of Rockledge Homeowner:
We wish all of our homeowners a happy and prosperous 2016! As we bring in the New Year, the Board would like to advise you of the current happenings at Barrington of Rockledge.
During the Board of Directors meeting on December 9, 2015 the Board voted noincrease in the amount ($173) of annual dues for 2016. We believe that we can maintain the quality of services received by the Association with our current fee structure. The 2016 budget will be voted on during our next Board meeting. The meeting is scheduled for 6 pm on January 20th at the Rockledge Police Department Community Meeting room. If you haven’t paid your annual dues or have past dues, please utilize this letter as a friendly reminder.
Also, during the meeting the Board voted to replace TCB Property Management effective January 1, 2016. Management services will be provided by Reliance Property Management Group. The owner, Launa Young, is a licensed Community Association Manager for over 15 years. Launa is looking forward to assisting allhomeowners within the Association. Launa’s primary objective will be to ensure compliance of our Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CCR). She will provide similar servicesas TCB as well aswebsiteservices. Soon our new website, Barringtonofrockledge.com will become operational.
In addition to these updates, please be aware that if you plan on changing anything to the exterior of your home or landscaping, please ensure a completed ARC Form is mailed to our PO Box address: PO BOX 560054 Rockledge, FL 32956-0564.
Covenants, or rules, aregenerally created to provide parameters for the maintenance and physical appearance of homes in the neighborhood and control the use of the properties within the community. Through the use of covenants, Associations strive to retain or enhance the property values within the community. They also allow for the peaceful enjoyment of the neighborhood by all residents by reducing the opportunity for offensive use of property by their neighbors.
Through the purchase of your home, you are bound by the Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions of Barrington of Rockledge Homeowners Association for the benefit of all homeowners, the Association will take the necessary steps to ensure enforcement, up to and including litigation when necessary.
