Job Title:Residential Advisor
Job Summary: The Residential Advisor provides residential services and support to families, assists the Family Advocate as needed, and acts as the primary family accountability liaison for staff. (03/25/15)
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Represent Mary’s Home in a professional and hospitable manner.
- Provide informal and formal relational support to families.
- Provide home hospitality and spiritual discipleship to families on a weekly basis.
- Assist the Family Advocate with services and life skills coaching as available.
- Assist in coordinating communication between families, staff, volunteers and providers.
- Document communications and service provisions in an accurate and timely manner.
- After hours, provide program accountability to families through mentoring and counsel.
- Document and report all program accountability issues and / or incidents to staff.
- Participate in staff team building, staff training and staffing meetings as available.
- All other duties as assigned when available, during the development of Mary’s Home.

Job Title:Mental Health Counselor
Job Summary: Under the direction and oversight of the Mental Health Director, provide professional faith-based counseling services to family members and the family on a regular basis, as determined by the recommendations of the Family Advocate and the needs and desires of family members. (03/25/15)
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Represent Mary’s Home in a professional and hospitable manner.
- Under the direction and supervision of the Mental Health Director, schedule counseling appointments for families in cooperation with the Family Advocate.
- Under the direction and supervision of the Mental Health Director, provide counseling services, upholding the highest legal and ethical professional and personal standards.
- According to professional rules, document communications and service provisions in an accurate and timely manner in Mary’s Home reporting systems.
- According to legal rules, immediately provide critical information that has the potential to impact the safety of others to the Mental Health Director and the Executive Director.
- Serve as a liaison between Mary’s Home internal and external stakeholders.
- Participate in Mary’s Home staff trainings and meetings as appropriate and available.
- Provide training to Mary’s Home staff and volunteers as needed and available.
- Assist in the development of Mary’s Home mental health support services for families, staff and volunteers as needed and available.
- Meet informally or formally with executive staff on a monthly basis to assess Mental Health services outcomes and progress.

- Children’s Activities Coach: Plan, lead and assess children’s activities in compliance with program goals and child development and welfare best practices and regulations.
- Family Activities Coach: Assist the Family Advocate with planning, leading and assessing parent only and family rest and recreationalactivities on-site and off-site.
