In accordance with the covenants and restriction of the Amberwood community. I request your consent to make the following changes, alterations, renovations, additions and/or removals to my property and/or home structure.

I understand that the building committee will act upon this request and provide a written response of their decision. I further understand and agree to the following provisions:

  1. No work will be done until approval received.
  1. All work to be done will be at owner expense, and future upkeep will remain owner’s expense.
  1. All work to be expeditiously once commenced and will be done with good workmanship-like manner, by a contractor or myself.
  1. All work to be done in at a time and manner, so not to be an inconvenience my neighbors or the community.
  1. I assume all liability and will be responsible for all damages and/or injury, which may result from performance of work.
  1. I will be responsible for all persons, agents, and contractors employees who are connected with this work.
  1. I will be responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations and requirements in connection with this work. I will obtain necessary permits, and agree that the Board of Directors, agents, or committees shall not be responsible for any representations or warranty for the plans, or specifications for the work, law, codes or regulations thereof.
  1. I understand that the decision of the committee is not final and the Board of Directors may reverse or modify a decision upon written application of any owner within 10 days of decision by the committee.
