AMENDMENTS TO THE BIDDING DOCUMENTS

As discussed during the 2ndPre-Bid Conference held on October 6, 2016, the Bids and Awards Committee hereby issues the following amendments:

All prospective bidders are hereby inform of the amendments/additions in the Bidding Documents particularly inSection VII -Ombudsman Technical Specifications; and Section VIII-Ombudsman Bid Form No. 1A, 1B, 1C, 1D AND 1E (Technical Proposals) and Ombudsman Bid Form No. 2A, 2B, 2C, 2D AND 2E (Financial Proposals) and Appendix “A”- Terms of Reference (TOR),which are highlighted and underlined from pages 2-50, and may be downloaded from the website of the Philippine Government Electronic Procurement System (PhilGEPS) and Ombudsman Website, as follows:

In view of the aforesaidamendments/additions to the Bidding Documents, all prospective bidders are hereby adviseof the postponement of the opening of bids on October 18, 2016 and the new schedules are as follows:
