Dear Mr. Rosario:

AT&T Mobility Puerto Rico Inc. and Worldcall Inc. filed an application pursuant to section 310(d) of the Communications Act of 1934, as amended (the “Act”),[1] seeking Commission consent to assign two licenses from Worldcall to AT&T.[2] For the Commission to complete its review of the application and make the necessary public interest findings under section 310(d) of the Act,[3] we require data from other commercial wireless carriers against which the applicants compete.

Accordingly, pursuant to sections 4(i), 4(j), and 403 of the Act,[4] we request that you provide the data electronically, in .csv format, as set forth in the Attachment with respect to Cellular Market Area (“CMA”) 726 (Puerto Rico 4 – Aibonito) and CMA 727 (Puerto Rico 5 – Ceiba). Your response will be treated as confidential pursuant to the Joint Protective Order issued in WT. Docket No. 14-206.[5] We would appreciate receiving your response no later than March 9, 2015.

Your response should be filed with Marlene H. Dortch, Secretary, Federal Communications Commission, in WT Docket No. 14-206. In addition, the Comment Public Notice and the Joint Protective Order require the submission of multiple copies of all ex parte and other filings submitted in this proceeding. Please call Scott Patrick of the Wireless Telecommunications Bureau at (202) 418-2853 to schedule receipt of the hand delivery of the confidential information, as well as follow other instructions set forth in the Joint Protective Order.
