Presentation by Don Fletcher, P.E., of Barton & Loguidice, P.C., with regard to a water storage tower for the Village of Catskill. Mr. Fletcher spoke with regard to a study done for the Village back in 2006 and that the study would be updated and then proposed to the Board. As this is one of the issues concerning NYS Department of Health, Mike McGrath and the Village Board want to move forward in this regard, and Mr. Fletcher informed the Board that there is funding for said project as well.
