2015 SCCPSS Senior Splash SWIM MEET

Entry procedure:
Email your Hy-Tek Team Manager entries file to no later than Monday, January 12that 6:00 p.m. Detailed instructions for entering this meet on Hy-Tek’s Team Manger can be found under the “Entering Meets” tab.
Entry Fees: $4.00 per individual event and $10.00 per relay eventdue by January 17, 2015.
Fees Payable: Make checks payable to SCCPSS Athletics. Please do not draft checks to Karin Best or SAA since this confuses bookkeeping. There will be no refund for competitors who fail to compete or are scratched. Late entries, if accepted, will be double fees.
Rules: The official interscholastic rules will govern the competition. Particular attention is directed to:
- All contestants must represent their respective high schools.
- The meet is open to high school swimmers, grades 9-12 only.
- All contestants must meet eligibility requirements as outlined by the Georgia High School Association.
- Contestants may enter no more than two (2) individual events and a total of four (4) events.
- JV contestants are not eligible to compete in Varsity events, including relays.
- Scoring shall be through ten places; 14-11-10-9-8-6-4-3-2-1 individual events, 28-22-20-18-16-12-8-6-4-2 for relay events.
- A swimmer or relay team is disqualified for one false start.
- Boys’ events shall precede Girls’ events per GHSSCA.
- Meet entries will be limited to325 swimmers including those of the host team. Meet entries will close when a visiting team's entries put the total over 325. All of that team’s entries will be accepted.
Awards: Distinctive awards shall be presented to the top three teams in each classification by team totals: Varsity Boys and Varsity Girls.
Warm Ups: The pool will be available for warm-ups from 7:30 – 8:50 a.m. as designated by meet officials.
DIRECTIONS:From the east on I-16: Take exit 164A to merge into GA-21S/ I-516E towards Lynes Parkway. Go 4.2 miles and continue onto W Derenne Avenue. Go 0.4 miles and then turn right at Abercorn Street. Go 1.3 miles and turn left onto Eisenhower Drive. Go 1.5 miles and turn right at Sallie Mood Drive. The CCAC has a large blue metal roof and will be on the left.
From the south on I-95: Take exit 94 for GA-204 toward Savannah and turn right onto Abercorn Street/Abercorn Extensions. Go 10.5 miles and turn right onto Montgomery Cross Road. Go 2.2 miles and turn left on Sallie Mood Drive. The CCAC has a large blue roof and will be on your right.
From the north on I-95: Take exit 99A to merge onto I-16 E toward Savannah. Go 6.7 miles and take exit 164A to merge into GA-21S/ I-516E towards Lynes Parkway. Go 4.2 miles and continue onto W Derenne Avenue. Go 0.4 miles and then turn right at Abercorn Street. Go 1.3 miles and turn left onto Eisenhower Drive. Go 1.5 miles and turn right at Sallie Mood Drive. The CCAC has a large blue metal roof and will be on the left.
