This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale. If within 48 hours from the time the buyer takes possession of the puppy, it is found by a licensed veterinarian not to be in good health, the breeder has the right to either replace the puppy with one of equal value or to refund the purchase price upon return of the puppy to the breeder. The breeder is not responsible for any expenses incurred. A refund will be given only upon receipt of the report from a licensed veterinarian.
The Seller will not replace or refund any puppy which has not received adequate and appropriate care from its new owner. It is the responsibility of the buyer to provide immediate veterinarian care to the puppy showing any signs of illness or stress, and failure to do so will render the guarantee null and void. Under no circumstances is the puppy to be destroyed prior to notification by the buyer to the seller. Any puppy for which the buyer expects replacement or refund must be properly identified.
This puppy has been on a vaccination and deworming schedule. Please take your records to the veterinarian. It is very important the vaccinations and worming continue on schedule. Don’t forget the yearly boosters. Please consider getting your puppy spayed or neutered as soon as possible.
If at any time during the dog’s life the owner is unable to give the appropriate care for the dog, the buyer agrees to contact the seller for the return of the dog with no refund.
Most of all this puppy will be coming to you very spoiled, loved, and socialized, please continue to give it all of this.
