The ESS net training session will be held from 29 to 30 September 2011 in the premises of the Central Statistical Bureau of Latvia (CSB of Latvia).

Transport
Going to the city centre from the Riga Airport:
Taxi – the city from the airport can be reached using SIA “Baltic Taxi” (green cabs), AS “Rigas Taksometru parks” (red cabs). Journey time to the centre of the city is approximately 15 minutes. Average costs per trip by taxi to Riga city centre is around 8-10 LVL (approx.11-16 Euro)
Public Bus to city centre - Bus No.22. The Bus stop is located opposite the terminal behind the car park. (Frequency 10-30 minutes, journey time about 30 minutes). Schedule of Bus 22:

“Airport Express” minibuses provided by “airBaltic”. The price for a ride is LVL 3 or EUR 5. Payments are accepted in cash (lats only) or by a payment card. No extra charge for luggage. For more information please visit
Ticket for public transports
The tickets for one trip or certain number of trips at the airport services and tourism information bureau “Welcome to Riga”, in the ticket vending machine at Arrivals E, in the press kiosks on the 2nd level of the terminal (price for one trip - 0,50 LVL).
A ticket for one trip can be bought also from the bus driver (price – 0,70 LVL)

The hotel is located within walking distance (5 min) to the CSB and within walking distance 10-15min to city centre.
