June 2015
Dear Parents:
The Faculty and Staff at ComoParkSchool have tried to coordinate those general items that your children will need for the school year. We are doing this in an effort to make things easier for you and to help the students learn to be more organized.
Some teachers may put together a list of other additional items that your child will need for September. They will be mailed home to your child in August.
In an effort to help students in Grades 2 and 3 learn to keep track of their homework assignments, we will be using Como Park Assignment Books. All 2nd and 3rd grade students will use these customized books. Our PTO has generously offered to subsidize the cost of the assignment books. The PTO has also purchased green vinyl take-home folders for all of the students.
The attached pages include supplies that have been identified building-wide. If you are having any financial concerns that may affect these purchases, please let me know.
Sincerely,
Mary Marcinelli
Principal
