In consideration of this entry being accepted, I intending to be legally bound, do hereby for myself, my heirs, executors, athletes, coaches and administrators, waive, release, and forever discharge any and all rights and claims for damages which may hereafter accrue to me against the Southern Association USATF, Greater King David Track Club, Greater King David Baptist Church, Baton Rouge, Northeast High School, East Baton Rouge Parish School System all other sponsors, officials or their respective officers, agents, representatives, successors and/or assigns for any and all damages which may be sustained or suffered by me in connection with my association with or entry in, or arising out of travel to participate in and return from the said Greater King David Open at Northeast High School, 13700 Prideport Hudson Rd. Pride, La. As a part of this release, I acknowledge that I have read and understand the above.

ENTRY INFORMATON AND INSTRUCTION

Entry Procedure

1.  All entries will be done electronically through www.coacho.com. THERE WILL BE NO ON SITE REGISTRATION OR ADDISIONS.

2.  Entry Deadline is June 17th at 12 noon .You may make changes as often as you wish until the entry deadline.

Entry Fees

1.  Entry fees are $10.00 per athlete and FREE per relay team MAX OF 2 TEAMS

2.  Payment will be made online through www.coacho.com

3.  Certified officials who come to work the meet, entry fee is free with Officials ID

TEAM PACKET PICKUP

Coaches can pick up their team’s meet packet at check in area identified in front of stadium beginning 1 hour prior to the first event.

UNATTACHED PACKET PICKUP

Unattached athletes can pick up their packet at check in area identified in front of stadium beginning 1 hour prior to the first event and will continue throughout the day.

MEET PACKETS

Packets will include heat sheets, time schedule, athlete wrist bands and/or bib numbers if used.

SPECTATORS

General Public Admission cost is FREE for USATF members WITH CARD OR Only. All others, Admission fee is $5.00.

All events will follow order stipulated. This is a ROLLING SCHEDULE AND SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

All running events will be finals with heats against times. If limited participants in respective age groups then meet director reserve the right to combine heats, however awards and team scoring will be done based on age groups. Team scoring will be 10-8-6-4-2-1 for all events, however for points the athlete must make the standards set by the meet director.

Field Events will be contested as follows:

·  Each entry will have 3 attempts with exception of high jumps. Their competition rules apply.

·  No Finals, event awards are based on top competitors in each age division.

·  All events will follow order stipulated. Some events may overlap so have Athletes Check-in at both events and ask the official if they can leave for the other event.

·  Please make sure you look at the standards for each event
