WTMUA Meeting Minutes
November 19, 2013
The regular monthly meeting of the Weymouth Township Municipal Utilities Authority was held on the above date at the Belcoville Fire House located in Belcoville, New Jersey and was called to order by Patricia Doerr at 7:00 P.M.
Board Members Present: Patricia Doerr, John Huber, Patricia Doughty and Donna Schneider
Also Present: Alisa Owen, Secretary Chris Gillin - Schwartz, Solicitor &
Ed Speitel, Engineer
Minutes of previous meeting:
A motion was made by John Huber seconded by Donna Schneider to approve the minutes of the October 15, 2013 meeting. VV: All in favor. Patricia Doughty abstained.
Correspondence:
From: Verizon Re: Tax exempt audit
From: Frank Corrado Re: Paid in full for the force main project
From: Wilmar Property Management Co. Re: Lenape Landing
A motion made by Patricia Doughty seconded by John Huber that the correspondence be received with the necessary action to be taken as indicated and filed. VV: all in favor. Patricia Doughty abstained.
Financial Report:
A motion was made by Patricia Doughty seconded by Donna Schneider to pay bills in the amount of $7,228.33. RCV: All in favor.
A motion made by Patricia Doughty seconded by John Huber to approve the financial report as revised to remove the North Tower fee payable to HTMUA and have it put in capital. RCV: All in favor.

New Business
A motion was made by Patricia Doughty seconded by John Huber to approve the water resolution to accept the 2014 budget of the Weymouth Township MUA, which is being presented subsequent to the 60 days prior to the beginning of the Authority’s fiscal year. RCV: All in favor.
A motion was made by Patricia Doughty seconded by John Huber to approve the sewer resolution to accept the 2014 budget of the Weymouth Township MUA, which is being presented subsequent to the 60 days prior to the beginning of the Authority’s fiscal year. RCV: All in favor.

They’re being no further business the meeting was adjourned by John Huber seconded by Patricia Doughty at 7:45p.m.
