I am a self-motivated, energetic and competent female Zambian with over 15 years of experience at senior and middle management levels of which 5 plus is in human resource management and practices with exposure to the service industry. My experience and competences among others includes; human capital and talent sourcing, performance management, training and staff development, employee relations, human resource policy formulation and management, remuneration and benefit administration. I have had exposure to human resource practices in Zambia and South Africa.
I am able to integrate human resource practices to the organization in relation to its overall strategic plan. I am a fully paid up member of the Zambia Institute of Human Resources Management (ZIHRM) and believes in continuous improvement. - Development and implementation of the Regional Human Resource Strategy and ensure the observance and enhancement for existing Global HR policies, procedures and systems for the organisation in support of the overall strategic plans.

- Initiate correspondence to customers, maintain a customer correspondence register and ensure that all correspondence/documentation is filed in a retrievable manner.
