DRAW TERMS
· Entries will commence 1.30pm each Tuesday
· One entry is based on $5 gaming machine turnover or a $2 win. Multiple entries can be earned
· Draws will commence from 1.50pm on the corresponding day
· Cash is allocated to each draw as follows:
o 1.50pm $25 2.10pm $25
o 2.30pm $25 2.45pm $25
o 3.00pm $50
· A patron will be drawn via Max E-draw
· A member must be present at the time of the draw. The member will have one minute to make themselves known to the compere
· The random number generator will be set for the winning entrant, 5 to 25, each number representing the dollar amount the patron may win
· The prize will collected by the member immediately in cash
· The amount of cash not won from the draw will jackpot to the immediate draw following
· For example, draw one: 15 is shown on the random number generator, hence the winning patron receives $15 of a possible $25. Draw two: is now worth $35 and the random number generator is set 5 to 35.
· Should the drawn patron not be present a re-draw will take place for the same cash amount
· Should an ineligible patron, as described below in Eligibility Terms, be drawn, they will be ineligible to claim the cash prize, and a re-draw will take place immediately
· A membership and the prize is non-transferable
· The final Tuesday draw jackpots into the next draw the following week
ELIGIBILITY TERMS
· Entry into the draw is for financial members only
· Members of NDLC board of directors, employees, and direct family members are not eligible to participate or win in this promotion
· Non-financial members, non-members, suspended members or deceased members are not eligible to participate or win this promotion
· Entrants must be over 18 years of age
· The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of a membership and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process which is not in accordance with these Eligibility Terms or Draw Terms
