VP of Recruitment calls the meeting to order at 8:43 AM President was absent

OFFICER REPORTS
Vice President of Administration: Brittany read last week’s minutes and the
Vice President of Membership Development: Hannah has planned a women’s talk March 15 in Ledbetter A 6:30-8 50% of membership from each chapter needs to be present. A new person will be taking over this position, Kappa Delta will appoint someone new. Tabling events happening tomorrow and Thursday. Someone needs to be there from beginning to end. Badge Day is March 5th.
Vice President of Community Relations: Cheyenne announced we have a room for PJs and Pancakes, and she is working on the Sodexo waiver. The room is Ledbeter A-B 7-9 on April 4th. She filled out the paperwork for Circle of Sisterhood. She will keep everyone updated. She will also get the social media info from Jordan.
Vice President of Recruitment: Katherine announced that updated recruitment rules will be added on the drive. Both chapters will vote soon. During Orientation there will only be one table more CPC centered, two members from each chapter, and one member from exec. It will be until Labor Day weekend, recruitment. Burgers at Bailey’s will be CPC only. Her and Abby are thinking about having tabling set up before recruitment. She wants to do chalk on move-in day and rechalk the week before recruitment.

Chi Omega: Panhellenic delegate, Natalie Fortner
Thanks for coming out to Chipotle, we are excited about KD’s proceeds night. We have a social with Pike tonight 7-10.
Kappa Delta: Panhellenic delegate, Lucee Lugo
Only 12 t-shirts ordered so we are extended for another week. If it doesn’t go through this time I will not pursue it further. I will announce it again in the GroupMe. Everything has been finalized for proceeds nights. Thank you guys for making a team.

Bylaws: Chi Omega voted in favor of new bylaws.
Recruitment rules and schedule: Chi Omega voted in favor of both, Kappa Delta has not voted yet due to a grammatical error in the document.
NEW BUSINESS
ADVISOR COMMENTS
Greek week committee meetings on Wednesday 5:30-6:30 in 201A. Please have people come so we can have more ideas! Maricela has a package in the office. Kappa Delta also has a package. Application dues for CPC. Some members have not paid that were given bids. If women have dropped, the President needs to follow up with signing the termination on the updated roster and need to approve additions of new members. Family and Friend’s Day, I still need a headcount. Don’t forget to register for breakfast.
