 Computer literate.

EssentialJobFunctions:

 Develop and administera personnel policiesmanualfor the financial institution.

 Manage the process used to hire and integratenewbank employees.

 Assistseniormanagement in thebank’s personnelmotivation program.

 Develop and administera salary administration program for the bank.

 Develop and administera system forsalvaging orterminating problem employees.

 Develop and administeran employee effectiveness appraisal system.

 Develop a training programfor bank employees.

 Develop and administerajob description programfor bank employees.

 Administerthe bank’s employeebenefits program.

 Responsible for Human Resources compliance with federal and state laws.

 Prepares and submits governmental reportsandtaxdeposits.

 Prepares recommendations forbenefitplan changes to management.

 Oversees allin-house payrollprocedures.

 Performsotherdutiesas assigned and directed by management

EquipmentOperation:

Word Processoron personalcomputer,calculator,fax,copier,telephone, computerprinter,the ability to navigate outside internet websites,andthe following software: Jack Henry- Core Banking System,andPaycom

Work Environment:

Workis performedmainly sitting ata desk withregularcontact with employeesin person andon the phone. The noise levelin the workenvironment is moderate.

While performing the dutiesof this job,the employeeis required to communicate effectively with others,sit,stand, walk,anduse hands to handle keyboard, telephone, paper,files,andother equipmentandobjects.
