Senior Business Systems Analyst

  • Fidelity’s Fortress Authorization and Security project involves providing role based access to the fidelity systems and its clients. We as Fortress team are responsible to make sure the users have correct access along with only the required access based on the user role and job profile.

This project deals with setting up of Single Sign On connections (InBound and OutBound) for the clients to access fidelity benefits page from Non-Fidelity site using SAML Post binding and setting up of Microsites (externally accessible distinct URL) connections.

Responsibilities:

  • Interact with the project team to define system objectives and scope, and identify constraints members in order to fulfill the requirements about the client.
  • Interacting with the Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and stakeholders, to understand business needs and nail down the functional requirements.
  • Expertise in documenting the project, before reporting or presenting to developer and tester based on the requirements.

The business objective of the project is to have a centralized administration system that will cater to the needs of various end clients of Fidelity PWI within Defined Benefits area. Each client’s Defined Benefit plan has some unique features that would require client-specific modifications to be done to the system and implemented in production.
