NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Inter-Club Council met, commencing at 9:05 A.M. on Monday October 1, 2012 in Room 1016-B-MVC, and Room 1111-SJC. The starting time listed for the meeting is approximate. Public testimony will be invited in conjunction with discussion on each item.

D.  Review and Approval of ICC Meeting Minutes

II.  ICC Club Reports & Information

A.  ICC President

i.  Kesia Crawford wants to let all the clubs know that the cafeteria is not a place for running club meetings and practicing activities.

B.  ICC Club Reps

i.  Anthropology - 1st Lecture in room 416 October 15th, WSC field trip will have a necessary form field out and turned in to Nathan or Sandi

i.  S.T.E.M – Gears to Robot orientation this Friday, Oct. 5th they also reported that they having a fundraiser; they are selling smart cards for $30.00 the fundraiser will be held until the end of October. They will be bringing the smart cards to next week meeting. A reminder they are having a fund raiser at Applebee’s in Hemet on October 13th from 8am to 10am

ii.  ISU – They have 13 new students, two more stickers to complete and they. They said that they will have revised charter by noon October 2, 2012.

iii.  Amnesty International – they are getting their charter in order meeting’s are going to be held every Thursday from 10:30 – 11:00 A.M. in room 2007

iv.  Rotaract – meetings is Thursday 418 12:30 they will be planning projects. They had wanted to thank SGA for helping with the Mayor’s Ball. Retro was approved

v.  S.W.A.N.S – Reported that they are this having the fundraiser for Kimberlin Marx (Mitochondrial)

vi.  Mu Alpha Theta - every Friday 1013 tutoring it will end 12-14-12

vii. A 2nd Chance – they have two drops off locations for the Teddy Bear fundraiser. They are asking that if there is any club that would like to help with this fundraiser. Please contact Victor of the A 2nd. Toys and Teddy Bears drop off locations: SJC, MVC EOPS office.

C.  ICC Advisor Reports

i.  Nathan Brais – BBQ Oct. 16, Menifee, Oct. 18, SJ Suggest more clubs recruiting. Reminder there is a four week process for field trips.

D.  SGA Support Specialist Reports

i.  Sandi Uhrig – Everyone need a 50th year logo on Club flyers. Had requested that we see more clubs at the BBQ’s on both campuses.

III.  Public Comment

This time is reserved for members of the public to address the Inter-Club Council on issues not already appearing on the agenda. A limit of 5 minutes per speaker and 20 minutes per topic shall be enforced.

i.  Michael Fish – is promoting prop 30 I am (Kesia) going to make sure he will be placed on next week’s agenda (October 8, 2012) to discuss this item much further.
