  • Need to go sign up at post office - Dennis will pursue
  • Board Member Make up
  • Dennis reached out to Security person (Joe) at MUD to see if they are interested and he did not hear back
  • Joe called Bob and asked about the position and Joe said he will call Dennis for more information
  • COAD, Red Cross, or Lynn from Sarpy County EMA are other options
  • Melissa will reach out to Lynn to see if he is interested in joining the board
  • Share feedback from those two to see if we need to pursue others
  • The individual (Kelly Copsulesp?) who came and spoke to us about non-profits (he spoke to us when we were writing our business plan). CEO of the Non Profit Association of the Midlands is another option. (Ann Hendry). Dennis will reach out to her and see if she or someone from her org would be interested in being on the board.
  • By-Laws
  • Everyone should review section 5.4 through the end of the document and provide feedback by end of day Friday, April 1st
  • Dennis went back to Gallup to reprint our brochures and they are not working with us any more so we are working with Regal. They happen to have the lowest price and he has an invoice for $353 for the printing of the brochures (1,500 of tri-fold brochures). If anyone needs any right away, please let Dennis know. He also has pitch books.
  • Board and leadership meeting dates/times
  • Cindy will talk to Sandra to see what works best for her
  • EOC -
  • Training done – this one is pretty much completed
  • Cindy and Karry waiting on Dennis to see if mayor has given 'permission' for Shane and Greg to participate on behalf of city fire and police to be on panel
  • Business Re-entry
  • Chief Schmaderer - police department
  • Shane is not aware of any concerns on the fire side
  • Shane and his chief/Greg and his chief need to sit down together and go over the questions from the mayor's office
  • Dennis reached out to Marty regarding those questions and also asked about panel discussion if she would say Shane and Greg could participate in the panel - that was yesterday and has not heard back yet
  • Cindy recommended that we get a meeting together with Shane and Greg - even from an aspect of lessons learned from the M's Pub incident - could potentially be part of panel discussion. It could help us when we are reaching out to potential members using a real event.
  • Resource Guide
  • We all do not need to demo the software. Dennis will send email to John and Karry and ask them to get demo of software from Lee Tomlinson and then report back to leadership committee.
  • Website

  • Working on getting payment option added so members can pay for training online - enhancement piece
  • Join feature has been added to the website (free of charge by developers)
  • Everyone please take a look at the website and give any feedback by end of day Friday, April 1st
