ENTRY Sheet: Blank Varsity entry sheets are attached and must be faxed or emailed the LISD Athletic Office by Friday, October 9th by 5pm. The L.I.S.D. Athletic Department will handle all the details connected with the meet and will also report the first three teams and ten individuals who qualify in both boys and girls divisions to the regional director. Each team is assigned a minimum of 1 number or maximum of 7 numbers. A school may enter only one varsity team of boys and girls in the Dist. 2-4A CC meet. Unlimited entries will be allowed for the JV and Junior High Divisions.

ONLINE ENTRIES: ATM2GO will be the in charge of the timing system. In addition to your written entries to satisfy UIL regulations, enter ALL teams on the ATM2GO website. Online Entries: Due by Monday, October 12th at 5pm

U.I.L. RULE: The first ten cross country finishers and/or the first three teams in the district meet will advance to the Regional Meet. The first ten finishers can be either team members or individuals.

EACH SCHOOL: (boys & girls) will need to pick up a team packet at the finish line before the meet begins. Each runner will be issued a bib number with a pull tab. Any varsity substitution may be made at the timers tent prior to each race.

THE REGIONAL MEET: Friday, October 31st at Mae Simmons Park. Mike Meeks is the meet director and Texas Tech University will be host school. Each school who qualifies either an individual or team must also certify their eligibility to the regional director. For regional information click on the following link:

Entry Fee: $3.00 for each participant. The 2-4A DEC will be billed for all 2-4A participants

Coaches do not need to bring or mail a check.
