Growing up in a house where my parents were self employed, I watched them be responsibility for their own destiny. Both of my parents worked 7 days a week, unlike most of my friends whose parents worked 9 to 5. Through all their hard work they were able to achieve their dreams as Canadian immigrants.

What Makes Your Business Unique: (Helpful Hint – Share with the readers how your business is different from others, how it can benefit other Chamber members)

I think that my company’s branding, such as my orange trucks, website and orange signs remind people of how long we have been in business. I am constantly told by potential clients that they obtained our name from seeing my trucks and signs all over the FarmingtonValley for years. I see companies in my industry that change the color of their trucks and advertising. Coca Cola,UPS and McDonalds have never changed their branding colors.

What Is Your Philosophy On How To Be Successful:

Service and response time is crucial in running a successful business. With Iphone’s and Blackberry’s there is no excuse an existing customer or potentially new customer should have to ever wait more than a few hours to receive a response quickly and promptly. As the saying goes “ The early bird catches the worm.” I continue having potential customers tell me that they have called several contractors and it takes days for them to get a return response.
