Minutes: Minutes of the 2011 Annual General Meeting were circulated and accepted on the
Motion of Betty Layton and Seconded by Ellen White Carried
There was no business arising from the Minutes.
Correspondence:
There was no correspondence relating to the Annual General Meeting.
Treasurer’s Report:
The financial year began with an opening balance of $11,666.67.
Closed the financial year with a balance of $14,180.55.
Doing better with the Term Deposit and Online deposit Account.
Treasurers report circulated and Moved by Geoff Dennehy, and
Seconded by Lavinia Byron.
Cellar Master’s Report:
End of financial year value of stock in cellar is $486.05.
Wine Guild Bottled Cabernet Sauvignon still available.
Cellar Masters reportcirculated and Moved by Brian Fogarty, and
Seconded by Elizabeth Scott.
President’s Report:
Bob Bailey presented his report on the activities of the Wine Guild for the past
twelve months.
General Business:
There was no general business.

Election of Office Bearers:
The President relinquished the Chair in favor of Adrian Corkeron who conducted
theelection of Office Bearers for the following year.
Seeking re-election for 2012 – 2013 were Bob Bailey (President),
Terry Coles (Vice President 1), John Gillies (Vice President 2),
Geoff Dennehy (Treasurer), Brian Fogarty (Cellar Master),
Dianne Lofts (Secretary).
Committee: Brian Storey, Graeme Hall, Graeme Lofts, Graham Gallop.
Election of Office Bearers, from the Floor, to the Committee, Jan Tuckwell,
Nominated by Arthur Harrison and Seconded by RichardLake and Kandy Xu,
Nominated by Graeme Lofts.
Both Nominees accepted and welcomed.
President Bob Bailey was appointed as the Public Officer for the Guild, on the
Motion of DonReyment and Seconded by Don Parncutt.
With the Committee of 2012 – 2013 formally appointed, Adrian Corkeron
congratulated the new Committee and handed the Chair to Bob Bailey, President.
