Station 1: Check-In Table Located in the MPR Next to the Senior Lawn

Program Verification Stations

In order to expedite the LMHS process of Program Verification Day, your student will need to attend the following stations in order.

Station 1: Check-in Table – Located in the MPR next to the Senior Lawn

·  Student will turn in their Student Emergency Form (White form)

·  Student will turn in their Parent Signature Form (Gold form)

·  Student will pick up a white camera card for their School ID (Please Note: Student will need to turn in the emergency form and the parent signature form to receive the white camera card)

Station 2: Purchasing - Located in the MPR next to Senior Lawn

·  Student will need to show the white camera card to purchase items

·  You may make the following purchases at this station: ASB Sticker, Yearbook, Book Lock, Basic PE package, School T-shirts, School Sweatshirts and Grad Night Tickets (Seniors only)

·  T-Shirt and Sweatshirts can be picked up in Room 314 after school starts. You will need to show your Student ID and your receipt to receive your purchased items

·  If you are going to purchase an ASB sticker you will need to make the purchase prior to the Student ID card being printed; otherwise, there is a $5.00 reprint fee during program verification

Station 3: Pictures - Located in the MPR next to the Senior Lawn

·  Take Student ID/Yearbook photo (If you are purchasing an ASB Sticker, make sure and do this at the finance station prior to taking your picture)

·  Make purchases for yearbook pictures (Grades 9-11 only)

·  Make checks payable to South Coast Photography

Station 4: Class Schedule - Located between Band Room and 550 Cafeteria Hallway.

·  Students will need their Student ID in order to pick up a copy of their class schedule

·  Students will need their class schedule before they can pick up their textbooks

Station 5: Textbook Room #467 – Located in the 450 building next to the library

·  Students can check-out their textbooks if all prior textbooks have been returned. If not, students will have to pick up their textbooks in September

·  Students will need to show their Student ID card and schedule of classes to received textbooks
