Abstract: The abstract is to be at the top of the text as it is here, below the author information, under a horizontal line. Use the word “Abstract” as the title, in 10-point Times New Roman, boldface type, initially capitalized. The abstract is to be in 10-point, single-spaced type, and up to 200 words in length.
Keywords: Use the word “Keywords” as the title, in 10-point Times New Roman, boldface type, initially capitalized. The keywords are to be in 10-point, single-spaced type, and semicolon should be used between the keywords. Another horizontal line should be under the keywords. Leave one blank line after the line, and then begin the introduction.

- Introduction
All manuscripts must be in English. These guidelines include complete descriptions of the fonts, spacing, and related information for producing your proceedings manuscripts.All printed material, including text, illustrations, and charts, must be kept within a print area. Do not write or print anything outside the print area. All text must be in a two-column format. Text must be fully justified.
Main title
The main title (on the first page) should begin under the figure at the top of the page, centered, and in Times New Roman 14-point, boldface type. Capitalize the first letter of nouns, pronouns, verbs, adjectives, and adverbs; do not capitalize articles, coordinate conjunctions, or prepositions (unless the title begins with such a word).
Author name(s) and affiliation(s)
Author names are to be centered beneath the title and printed in Times New Roman 12-point, boldface type. Author’s designation, Department, Affiliation, Countryshould be centered beneath author names and printed in Times New Roman 11-point, non-boldface type. Multiple authors may be shown in a two- or three- column format, with their affiliations italicized and centered below their respective names. Include addresses and the post code if possible. The corresponding author’s email address should be centered in Times New Roman 10.5-point as shown here.
- Style and Font for Article text
Type your main text in 10-point Times New Roman, single-spaced. Do not use double-spacing. All paragraphs should be indented 1.5 times character size. Be sure your text if fully justified—that is, flush left and flush right. Please do not place any additional blank lines between paragraphs. The main headings, For example, “1. Introduction”, should be Times New Roman 10-point, boldface, initially capitalized, flush left. Use a period (“.”) after the heading number, not a colon. All sub headings should be Times New Roman 10-point boldface, initially capitalized, flush left.
- Figures and Tables
Callouts, figure and table captions should be 10-point non boldface Times New Roman. Initially capitalize only the first word of each figure caption and table title. Figures and tables must be numbered separately. Figure captions are to be centered below the figures. Table titles are to be centered above the tables. For example: “Figure.1 Structure of Paper.”, “Table 1. Definition of terms”. In Tables, the primary headings and subheadings should be 8-point boldface Times New Roman and content of a table should be non boldface Times New Roman

- Equations
Number equations consecutively. Equation numbers, within parentheses, are to position flush right, as in (1), using a right tab stop. Note that the equation is centered using a center tab stop. Be sure that the symbols in your equation have been defined before or immediately following the equation. Use “(1),” not “Eq. (1)” or “equation (1),” except at the beginning of a sentence: “Equation (1) is ...”. Use MathType software to create equations.

Unify the font size in equations. Don’t use equation environment such as Microsoft MathType in sentences. In sentences, mathematical parameters must be Italic font
Acknowledgments
Acknowledgments are to show that the article is supported by which organization. For example, “This work was supported by the National Nature Science Foundation under Grant No. 405”.
References
List and number all bibliographical references in 8-point Times New Roman, single-spaced, at the end of your paper. When referenced in the text, enclose the citation number in square brackets, for example “[1]”. The structure of reference is first authors list (author name in Author list specified as Surname. author name) separated by commas, followed by paper name in double quotes, followed by journal/conference/book name, and followed the volume number, issue number, month and year of publication and page numbers.
