Bicentennial Celebration.

14. Accept Check # 14670 in the amount of $75.00 for United Counties Council

of Illinois for reimbursement of lodging expenses of Willie Grubb for attending

the January 24th, & 25th, 2017 Legislative Reception / Education Seminar in

Springfield, Illinois.

15. FY 2017 UCCI- University of Illinois Leadership Academy Awareness schedule.

16. County Mileage Rate change/ review. Currently .54 Federal rates changed

effective January 1st, 2017 to .53.5.

17. Discuss / Review Budget Request from Thomas J. Tedeschi, Chief Judge of the

2nd Judicial Circuit of the State of Illinois.

18. Re-appointment of Ms. Sandra Burke to the Hamilton County Housing Authority

Board for a 5 year term effective March 1st, 2017 term expiring February 28th,

2022.

23. Coal Royalty Summary Report:

Received Check # 1000003751 in the amount of $25,206.22 for coal revenues

for December of 2016.

Expected Revenue for January 2017 is $39,633.69.

24. Accept checks from the Hamilton County Health Department for the month of

January 2017. Fringes $923.59 Unemployment $135.68 and Insurance $840.95.

* Per Clark Griffith, Health board decided not to replace Katie Lenard’s position

at this time. Her duties and salary have been distributed between the other 2 full

time employees. The Health Department would like to continue to reimburse

salaries on a quarterly basis due to the State of Illinois budget impasse.
