Student Information Sheet for CTPR 551

Directing in a Virtual World – Fall 2014

Please fill out the following information, and return as an email attachment to Professors Fink and Sollett, and to Claudia Walters, as soon as possible, but no later than April 14! We want to complete filling the class by the end of the term (May 2), so do not be late you’re your form. You will miss the window to get into the class for fall. The questions here are not loaded. We really want to know what you like doing best, and what your skill set is. Please make the answers as brief as possible. Don’t change the format of this sheet. Fill it out in Word, save in Word with your last name in the saved version, such as “Piper_CTPR551_Fall2014_Form”. Then send to us as the Word doc via email. Please do not make a .pdf from this. This is important!

No need to go into glossy language. This is not an application. It is simply an information sheet for us since we don’t have time to meet with each of you. Just keep your answers short and clear.
