Description of the wimgo® 12 Days of Christmas Sweepstakes
Wimgo® and the Oklahoma City Thunder Girls are giving away 12 different prizes December 13, 2009, through December 24, 2009. Winners will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period and announced on wimgo.com/12days by 10 a.m. each day December 14, 2009, through December 25, 2009. Entries may only be submitted as described below.
Promotion Period
The wimgo® 12 Days of Christmas Sweepstakes promotion begins Sunday, December 13, 2009, and ends Thursday, December 24, 2009, at 5:00 p.m. Limit one entry per computer per email address each day. All entries must be received during the Promotion Period. How to Enter: Log on to wimgo.com/12days every day December 13 through December 24, follow the online instructions to that individual day’s online entry form and complete the entry process.
Eligibility
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO WIN. The wimgo® 12 Days of Christmas Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the state of Oklahoma. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees of OPUBCO Communications Group, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers or their immediate families are not eligible. The total number of eligible entries received each day during the Promotion Period determines the odds of winning. By entering, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of OPUBCO Communications Group, which are final and binding.
Employees, officers and directors of the Professional Basketball Club LLC, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., the Women’s National Basketball Association and its Teams and Operators, WNBA Enterprises, LLC, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, dealers, advertising and promotion agencies, manufacturers or distributors of sweepstakes materials and their immediate families (parents, children, siblings, spouse) or members of the same household (whether related or not) of such employees/officers/directors, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies, their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are NOT ELIGIBLE. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of Winner. Sweepstakes may only be entered in, or from, the state of Oklahoma. Entries originating from any other jurisdiction will be deemed ineligible.

Twelve (12) winners will each receive one of the following prizes: December 13 prize: One AVATAR Prize Pack valued at over $50.00; December 14 prize: One $100 gift card to Nonna’s Euro-American Restaurant in Oklahoma City; December 15 prize: One Sony 120 GB Playstation 3 valued at $200.00; December 16 prize: One Sony BDP-S360 Blu-Ray Disc Player valued at $200.00; December 17 prize: One Renaissance Experience Day at the Spa at the Renaissance Spa in Oklahoma City valued at $380.00; December 18 prize: Two general admission floor seat tickets to the Billy Joel/Elton John Face 2 Face Concert at the Ford Center in Oklahoma City, February 25, 2010; December 19 prize: One Dyson DC24 Vacuum Cleaner valued at $400.00; December 20 prize: One Samsung HT-BD1250/XAA Home Theater System valued at $450.00; December 21 prize: One JVC –Everio GZHD200BU HD Video Camera valued at $500.00; December 22 prize: Oklahoma City Thunder home game tickets valued at $500.00; December 23 prize: One Samsung LN405500P3FXZA 40-inch Flat screen HD TV valued at $700.00; December 24 prize: One trip for two to the Oklahoma City Thunder vs. Boston game in Boston, March 31, 2010, including airfare, hotel and two game tickets. Winners will be selected in a random drawing of all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period and announced on wimgo.com/12days by 10 a.m. each day December 14, 2009, through December 25, 2009. Entries may only be submitted as described above through 5:00 p.m., December 23, 2009. Winner may be responsible for picking up the prize(s).
Drawing and Awarding of Prize(s)
Every day December 14, 2009 through December 23, 2009, one winner will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries received. Winners will be notified by telephone or email. Entry constitutes permission to post winner’s name on wimgo.com and publication and the use of the winner’s name, hometown and/or photo or likeness for purposes of advertising without further compensation unless prohibited by law. By accepting the prize, winner agrees that OPUBCO Communications Group, its affiliates, distributors, advertising and promotional agencies and suppliers and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents shall have no liability for, and shall hold all such parties harmless against damage, loss or injury that may arise in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of prizes or participation in this sweepstakes. Failure to comply with these Official Rules will result in awarding the prize to an alternate winner. Upon alternate winner’s failure to comply with these Official Rules, the alternate winner forfeits the prize and no additional alternate winner shall be chosen. Offer void where prohibited.
Miscellaneous
The wimgo® 12 Days of Christmas Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable laws in the United States. Void where prohibited and in any country except the United States. OPUBCO Communications Group may prohibit entrants from participating in wimgo® 12 Days of Christmas Sweepstakes and disqualify entries if they attempt to enter the sweepstakes through means not described in the rules, attempt to disrupt the sweepstakes or circumvent the rules, act in an unsportsmanlike manner or with intent to annoy or harass any other entrant or sponsor(s). OPUBCO Communications Group reserves the right to cancel or suspend the sweepstakes should plagues, unauthorized human intervention, an act of God, or other causes beyond the control of OPUBCO Communications Group, its parents, subsidiaries, and/or its affiliates, corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper operation of the sweepstakes. All decisions are final. OPUBCO Communications Group makes no warranty, representation or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to the use of the sweepstakes prize.
By entering, entrant agrees to hold harmless and indemnify the Professional Basketball Club LLC, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., the Women’s National Basketball Association and its Teams and Operators, WNBA Enterprises, LLC, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, governors, employees and agents against any and all liability, damages or causes of action (however named or described), with respect to or arising out of (i) entrant’s participation in the promotion, or (ii) the receipt or use of the Prize awarded herein. Acceptance of a Prize constitutes permission to use Winner’s name and/or likeness for purposes of advertising and trade by the Professional Basketball Club LLC, the National Basketball Association and its Member Teams, NBA Properties, Inc., the Women’s National Basketball Association and its Teams and Operators, WNBA Enterprises, LLC, and their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates directors, officers, governors, employees and agents, without further authorization, compensation, or remuneration, unless prohibited by law. By participating in these sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsors.
