AstheCUBSCOUTSwereeatingtheygrumbledaboutnotseeinganywildANIMALSyetontheirHIKE.TheDENLEADERexplainedthatiftheywerepatientandmuchquieter,theywouldnotscaretheANIMALSawayandhaveabetterchanceofseeingsome.JustthenaROBIN,landedonabranchoftheirDOGWOODtreeandtheboysallmadetheCubScoutsignandwereveryquiet.TheDENLEADERmotionedforthemtolaysomebreadfromtheirsandwichesontheground.TheCUBSCOUTStorethebreadinsmallpiecesandscattereditaroundthem.LikeallwildANIMALS,theROBIN,wasatfirstafraidofthepeoplebelowherDOGWOODbranchandjustwatchedcuriously.Butthen,sheflewtothegroundtosamplethebread.OneoftheCUBSCOUTSwasvery,verystillandheldapieceofbreadcarefullyinhisfingersandsoontheROBINwaseatingoutofhishand.Eventuallythe
