ORDER:

In the reference 1st and 2nd cited, orders were issued extending full time permission, 15 days Special Casual Leave and attendance certificate for (5) members whenever they attended the meetings for a period from 01-01-2010 to 31-12-2010 to the office bearers of APSEE Union – 327.

2)In the reference 3rd cited, orders of “Approved Association” status were issued to Electricity Backward Classes Employees Welfare Association (Reg.No.1681/2006) to represent the grievances of BC Employees and observance of roster system in APCPDCL.

3)In the reference 5th cited, the Secretary General, APSEE Union – 327 has requested to extend the full time permission, 15 days Special Casual Leave facility and attendance certificate to (5) members whenever they attends the meeting for a further period of one year from 01-01-2011 to 31-12-2011.

4)In the reference 6th cited, the General Secretary, Electricity Backward Classes Employees Welfare Association (Regd.No.1681/2006), Hyderabad while enclosing a copy of T.O.O. (Addl.Secy -Per) Ms.No.416, dt.27-12-2010 has requested to accord approval for full time permission, 15 days Special Casual Leave and attendance certificate to any five members of the union whenever they attend the meeting for a period of one year from 01-01-2011 to 31-12-2011.

5)After careful consideration, APCPDCL hereby accords permission for extending the following privileges for a further period of one year from 01-01-2011 to 31-12-2011 to the Office bearers of APSEE Union – 327. Permission is also accorded to Electricity Backward Classes Employees Welfare Association (Regd.No.1681/2006) for a period of one year from 01-01-2011 to 31-12-2011 working in APCPDCL to enable them to attend the settlement of grievances and Union activities.
