Reports To: Maintenance Supervisor

POSITION PURPOSE AND OBJECTIVES

Provide necessary clean up functions to ensure that factory meets housekeeping requirements and to provide employees with a pleasant environment in which to work. Employee performs light maintenance duties and supports the overall effort of the maintenance department.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

·  Ensures that restroom facilities are cleaned at least 2 times per day and restocked.

·  Cleans tables and floors in the break room facility after each break and lunch period and restocks napkins and or towels. Also empties trash receptacles.

·  Routinely sweeps the production floor to remove debris

·  Works with maintenance to perform yard maintenance

·  Works with the machine shop as needed to debur metal production parts.

·  Changes filter in the FRP room.

·  Orders and restocks cleaning supplies.

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED

·  Must be able to use cleaning products

·  Must be able to wear protective equipment as necessary.

·  Ability to interface with all levels of employees

·  Must be able to use a broom, mop and other cleaning tools.

·  Must be able to read and write in order to order and receive supplies.

·  Must be able to follow instructions.
