APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS 2012-2013
Thank you for your interest in the Minor in Health Care Studies program, a joint effort by the USC Dornsife College of Letters, Arts and Sciences and the Keck School of Medicine of USC. To apply to the program, please review the requirements below, complete the attached application and submit the application with all required documents to .
Minor Requirements:
- Students must have a declared major
- Sophomore standing (a minimum of 32 units completed at USC for students entering as freshman, or 16 units for students entering as transfer students)
- Minimum overall GPA of 2.0
Application Notification:
- Applicants will be notified that their application was received within 1 week (5 business days) of submission.
- Applicants will be notified of their admissions status to the Minor in Health Care Studies program within 3 weeks (15 business days) following submission.
- Notifications will be sent to applicants’ USC (@usc.edu) email addresses.
