Hi,
STOP! The BRIO and the Phoank's require completely different software to program. Unless you have access to the Costco programming software, you'll not be able to program the BRIO's. You can see Hearing Aid Forums, but no one seems to be able to snag a copy of the Costco BRIO version software.
That having been said, I have about 16 Serial HiPro's. They are bare (no cables of any kind) but I do test each one and provide you with a printout of the working version of firmware, serial number etc. You'll need the following items:
1) "Standard" PC/Monitor/Equipment power cable - 3 prong trapazoid shaped female end. (The Hi-Pro is switchable on the rear for 110/220). Example:
2) An RS232 Serial Null Modem Cable - These have PINS 2 & 3 switched and Pin 5 runs straight through - no other pin connections needed. The Hi-Pro has the DB9-Male Pin Connector, so you would need the cable to be Female/Female DB9 RS232 Null Modem. Examples - Be sure of 2-3 cross connection:

3) A "true" RS232 Serial port. Only a very few of the USB to serial port adapters will work - most will not. This one has historically worked, but I have not personally tried it and recommend a "true" RS232 port/serial card that resides in a card slot on the computer and appropriate interface drivers for Win XP, Win 7, and Win 8/10.0 [FTDI Chipset High Speed USB 2.0 to Serial RS-232 DB-9 Converter]
4) Appropriate Cables for the hearing aids to be programmed. I have these at $50 per set for the Phonak CS44a cables. These are different wiring than the CS44 Cables. I also have most other cable types for "Battery Door" connections - Size10, 312 and 13. This is a diagram of the Phonak wiring vs. the CS44 Standard wiring:

5) Appropriate software for the brand and model aid(s) you want to program. Newer Phonak's = Target. Older Phonaks = iPFG 2.6c or 2.6d

6) I can do the Hi-Pro serial box for $99 + shipping. We'd do aEbay Global shipping auction for you. That costs us about $14US to get to Ebay. They charge whatever the cost to get to you plus any duties. Duties can be stiff, so you'd want to look into that.
Below is the information on access to the library. Thanks for inquiring - mike.
