Run this report to find potential stacked purchases. Review Vendor name and address book number, NIGP code, Description, PO number and type, PO date, PO amount, receipt date, and receipt amount. Shows all lines to a PO, but does not page break between each PO.

1. / Click the Navigator menu.

2. / Click the State of Nebraska link.

3. / Click the Purchasing - Agencies link.

4. / Click the Inquiries & Reports link.

5. / Click the Purchasing Reports link.

6. / Click the Procurement Reports link.

7. / Click the Stacking Purchase Orders link.

8. / Click the Data Selection option.

9. / Click the Submit button.

10. / Click theRight Operandlist of the first row.

11. / Click the Literal list item.

Step / Action /
12. / Enter the 3-digit agency number for which to run report into theLiteral Value:Field.
13. / Click the OK button.

14. / Click theRight Operandlist of the second row.

15. / Click the Literal list item.

16. / Enter the supplier address book number for which to run report into theLiteral Value:Field.
17. / Click the OK button.

18. / Click the OK button.

19. / To run the report in CSV click theDocument Setuptab.

20. / Then click theCSV(Comma Delimited)option.

21. / Click the OK button.
