Session I. Objective: To review good practices and draw lessons learned from experiences in the implementation of disability-inclusive development
10:15 – 11.30 / Session I. Experiences in implementing the MDGs and other internationally agreed development goals for persons with disabilities
(Experts will share experiences, lessons learned and good practices in implementing MDGs and IADGs for persons with disabilities)
11.30 – 11.45 / Coffee break
11.45 – 13.00 / Breakout session I – Taking stock, lessons learned from past experiences.
(This session will focus on identification of good practices and lessons learned, as well as resources, institutions and processes for implementing disability-inclusive development)
13.00 – 14.00 / LUNCH
14.00 – 15.00 / Continuation of breakout session discussions
15.00 – 16.00 / Presentation of breakout session and general discussion

Session II. Objective: To develop a set of recommendations and action points for the operationalization of a disability-inclusive post-2015 development
16.15 – 17.30 / Session II. Improving disability-inclusive social and economic development; translating the emerging post-2015 development framework into national action
(Experts will present on entry points for disability inclusion)
Day 2 - Tuesday, 12 May
Continuation of Session II
09.30 – 13.00 / Breakout session II – Future mechanisms, processes and requirements for implementation of a post-2015 development agenda for persons with disabilities
(This session will develop concrete recommendations for various stakeholders to advance disability-inclusive development in the implementation of an emerging global framework)
13.00 – 13.30 / Presentation of recommendations from breakout session and discussion
13.30 – 14.30 / LUNCH
Session III. Objective: To identify entry points and challenges for mainstreaming disability in the operationalization of a post-2015 development agenda: Arab Region
14.30 – 15.15 / Session III. Regional experiences and perspectives
(Presentations from representatives of different regions on experiences in the implementation of the MDGs and looking forward to the post-2015 development agenda)
15.15 – 16.30 / Breakout session III - Translating global development goals into regional and national programs and actions in the Arab Region
(This session will focus on identifying entry points and formulating recommendations for implementing a post-2015 development agenda for persons with disabilities in the Arab Region).
16.30 – 16.45 / Coffee break
16.45  – 17.30 / Presentation from breakout session and discussion
