A new year... A new beginning....
Let's get set to enjoy this New Year with WeblinkIndia's New Year Bash. With the rocking records of 2011 and the brilliant brainwaves for 2012, Weblinkians are all set to gather together to bid usher in the New Year.

All the employees are required to reach the Party Venue by 10 AM and are supposed to punch their attendance in Punching Machines available at Venue's Entrance Door , attendats would also be available there to help in marking attendance. In case, an employee reaches the venue after 11 AM, he/she will be strictly marked as ABSENT.
There will be "No Dress Code" for party, yet all employees are expected to wear "Decent Clothes".
A round of Tambola will start at 10:00 a.m. and will have 100 participants ONLY. The tickets for the game would be on First Cum First Serve basis. So if you want to be a part of this, ensure that you are among the first 100 walk-ins!!
A "Solo Dance Competition" has been organized for which a 'Maximum of 20 Entries' will be accepted. Closing Date for sending nominations for Solo Dance Competition is 24th Dec, 2011. Respective Assistant Managers would be responsible to send name of participants to Admin Department latest by 26th Dec, 2011 by 12:30 p.m.
In case, the number of entries "Solo Dance Competition" exceeds 20, then past years participants would be preffered firstly and 13-15 participants would be selected out of them rest all selection of participants/performers will be decided by a Lottery System. This Lottery will be held on 26th Dec, 2011 at 4:00 p.m. in the conference room in presence of all the participants. After this Admin department will announce the name of final participants of Solo Dance competitions and inform respective Assistant Managers.
All the selected participants/performers are required to submit the Song's Compact Disc (CD) to their Assistant Managers by 27th Dec, 2011. Assistant Mangers will have to submit the same to admin latest by 28th Dec, 2011 by 12.00 noon.
Important :
Consumption of Alcohol is strictly prohibited.
Party is exclusively for staff and members of WeblinkIndia, outsiders are not allowed to attend the party.
